Why are my Standard Display Boxes Frosted?

Your boxes are not actually frosted! there is a plastic film on each side which you are supposed to tear off - we have done this to ensure that you do not receive scratched / damaged boxes.

When will you restock?

We aim to restock all our stock every 2/3 weeks - if you want a more precise date for a restock send us a message on TikTok or Instagram where we can also send you a notification as soon as we restock.

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns, just send us an email with the reason for return, your Order Number and Full Name and we will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

We try our best to process all returns as soon as we recieve the product, the longest you should have to wait is 14 days. If it takes any longer than that please contact us as there may have been a delay either from our side or the courier.

When will I recieve my order?

As mentioned when placing the order (depending on which delivery service you have selected), your delivery will take either 1-2 working days for express delivery and 3 - 5 working days with our standard delivery.
