Returning the Items:

Return the items within 14 days of request, in their original condition with packaging, tags, and labels.

Return Shipping:

You're responsible for return shipping costs, unless it's our error or a faulty item. We suggest you use a trackable service or get proof of postage.

Refunds:

We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the items, and it'll be issued to your original payment method (This excludes the shipping price which was initially paid)

Exclusions:  

Certain items can't be returned if they're opened, used, or non-refundable, unless they're faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items:  

Contact us immediately if you receive faulty or damaged items. We'll offer a replacement or a refund (subject to stock availability)
