We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time unless spoken to with a member of our team.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. 
  2. Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. (Please contact us for this option as it may not be available)

Please note that shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier rates and promotions.

You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or directly through the carrier's website. If you are unable to find your tracking number please contact us and we will provide you with one as soon as possible.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure timely delivery. ThaalSupply is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
