    • Any claims for missing or damaged product/s require you to contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery so it is encouraged to check all items on delivery of the product/s for any damaged or missing items - If you contact us later than 5 days ThaalSupply reserve the rights to reject your claim.

    • We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free.
    • All our items which are purchased are fully inspected before delivery and you will receive a brand new unused product. We do not send any previously returned products to customers

  4. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed as there may be unforeseen delays with delivery couriers

  5. Returns and Refunds:

    • We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy.
    • Returned products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
